These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 558h ("558h", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 558h website at 558h.lol and all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

558h reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including requesting documentation to confirm age, identity, and residential address. Where a player is found to be ineligible, 558h may suspend or close the account and void any associated bets or bonuses in accordance with these Terms.

To access the full features of the 558h platform, including sports betting, live casino, and all payment functions, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you accept full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account details at all times.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on 558h. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• 558h may at any time, in its sole discretion, require a player to verify their identity and ownership of the payment method associated with the account before approving any withdrawal request.

558h supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 558h reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of any specific method may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your 558h account balance within 30 to 60 seconds of the wallet or bank transfer confirming. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support immediately via live chat.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method only. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method registered on your account. 558h does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or unregistered wallets.
• 558h does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur charges imposed by the receiving bank; such charges are outside 558h's control.

558h may, at its sole discretion, delay processing a withdrawal while identity verification or account review is in progress. Players will be notified by support via live chat if such a hold is applied. 558h will not hold withdrawal funds beyond the period required to complete reasonable verification checks.

558h offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus offer terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus only.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer communication.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through bonus harvesting, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• 558h reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the applicable wagering requirement, any real-money funds deposited by the player that remain unaffected by the bonus will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. A player may claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via new accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless otherwise stated. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until rollover is complete.

558h does not offer or promote bonuses to players who have applied for self-exclusion or who are subject to account-level deposit limits. Responsible gaming controls take precedence over all promotional eligibility.

All sports bets placed on 558h are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or event-specific rules that may be communicated within the individual market or event page:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after the confirmation screen has been accepted by the player, except where 558h determines in its sole discretion that a manifest error in odds has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 558h platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 558h identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any funds pending investigation:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation with other players.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 558h staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, residential location, or the ownership of the payment method associated with your account.

558h monitors platform activity continuously for indicators of prohibited conduct. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be eligible for any refund of deposits or stakes associated with the period of breach.

558h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses, eligibility requirements, or deposit and withdrawal policies.
• 558h's reasonable belief that the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• A player's voluntary request to close the account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming dashboard or via live chat support.

Upon account closure for any reason other than self-exclusion or voluntary closure, 558h will conduct a review of any outstanding balance. Where a balance is found to be legitimately earned and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, 558h will return those funds to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.

558h is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered players directly through the account dashboard:
